Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Holy Shift Membership is offered by All In Alignment with Anita Adrain and Cheryl Viczko, based in Alberta, Canada ("we", "us" and "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through www.holyshiftmoment.com, our Zenler membership portal, our community, and related communications.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

All In Alignment is responsible for personal information handled in operating Holy Shift Membership. Anita and Cheryl are your privacy contacts. For questions, requests or concerns, email hello@allinalignment.com and include "Privacy" in the subject line.

We handle information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where applicable.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, information may include:

  • Account and contact information: Your name, email address, account details and contact or billing information supplied during registration or checkout.
  • Transaction information: Your selected plan, payment status, purchase history and transaction references. Payment details entered at checkout are processed by the payment provider used for that transaction.
  • Communications and preferences: Messages, support requests, survey responses, email preferences and consent records.
  • Participation information: Comments, posts, uploaded content and contributions to live sessions. Recorded contributions may include your display name, image, voice or messages.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, sign-in activity, pages or lessons accessed, and interactions collected by our platform or enabled tools.

We collect information directly from you and receive service-related information from providers supporting registration, payments, communications and membership access. Automated collection depends on the tools enabled and your applicable consent choices.

Please do not email us payment-card numbers, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Why we use information

  • To create and administer your account, process purchases and provide membership access.
  • To deliver T.I.P.™ emails, supporting reflections, session details and other membership content you requested.
  • To answer questions, resolve billing issues and communicate service changes.
  • To operate and moderate the community and provide session replays.
  • To maintain security, prevent misuse and improve our services.
  • To send promotional communications where we have valid consent or another lawful basis under applicable anti-spam law.
  • To maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

We limit collection and use to reasonable purposes. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to complete a purchase or provide a requested feature. We will explain relevant consequences.

4. Consent and your choices

We obtain meaningful consent where required and explain the purposes of collection. The form of consent depends on the information and circumstances. We seek express consent where required, including for sensitive information or uses outside your reasonable expectations.

Agreeing to website terms or purchasing a membership does not automatically authorize every optional marketing or tracking use. You may decline optional collection and withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. We will explain any effect on services.

We will seek additional consent before using information for a new purpose where required. Contact us to discuss your choices.

5. Personal stories, community and recordings

You do not need to share private reflections, journal entries or personal stories to participate. If you choose to share information about your health, relationships, beliefs or other private matters, it may be sensitive personal information. Share only what you are comfortable making available to the relevant audience.

Community posts and session contributions may be visible to other participants, moderators and facilitators involved in that activity. We ask members to respect one another's privacy but cannot guarantee that participants will keep shared information confidential.

We identify recorded sessions and explain the replay audience before recording. Your name, image, voice or messages may appear if you contribute. Contact us before a session to discuss options for participating without appearing in a recording. We obtain consent where required.

We seek separate permission before using an identifiable personal story, image or testimonial in public marketing.

6. When information is shared

We share information as needed with providers supporting membership delivery, including Zenler and the payment, email, hosting or live-session services enabled for the feature you use. Providers acting on our behalf receive information needed for their work and are expected to protect it and use it for authorized purposes.

Payment providers and external platforms may also handle information for their own purposes under their privacy policies. Review the policy of the provider identified at checkout or when accessing an external service.

We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers or authorities when permitted or required by law. Any transfer connected with a business sale or reorganization would be subject to applicable privacy requirements.

We do not sell personal information or provide member contact lists to guest presenters or other businesses for their own marketing without separate consent.

7. Processing outside Canada

Zenler and other service providers may store or process information outside Canada. Information processed abroad may be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by its authorities.

You may request our written information about overseas service providers, including the countries involved, the purposes for which information is handled there, and our related policies and practices. Contact Anita and Cheryl at hello@allinalignment.com .

8. Emails and unsubscribing

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. You may also ask us to stop promotional emails by contacting us. We process these requests without delay and no later than 10 business days after receipt.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your membership. We may still send necessary account, billing or service notices as permitted by law. If unsubscribing also stops membership-content emails in our email system, contact us for help accessing your content through the portal.

9. Cookies and external services

Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Optional analytics or advertising tools, if enabled, may collect browsing and interaction information. We provide choices and obtain consent where required.

External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices. Public comments or messages on those services may be handled by the platform as well as by us.

10. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information and limit access to people who need it for authorized purposes. No online service can guarantee complete security. We address suspected breaches and notify regulators or affected individuals where required by law.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal requirements. Relevant factors include account status, accounting obligations, support needs, consent records and dispute resolution. Cancelling membership does not automatically delete all records.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete it or make it non-identifiable, subject to necessary backup retention. Contact us about retention of a particular post, recording or record.

11. Access, correction and other requests

You may request access to your personal information, information about its use and disclosure, or correction of inaccurate information. You may also request deletion or withdrawal of consent. The rights and exceptions available depend on applicable law; some records must be retained.

Email hello@allinalignment.com . We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. We respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any permitted extension, refusal or fee. Any fee will be disclosed in advance and charged only where permitted.

12. Children

Holy Shift Membership is designed for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can assess and address it.

13. Questions, complaints and updates

Please direct privacy concerns to Anita and Cheryl at hello@allinalignment.com . You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or, where federal privacy law applies, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada . You do not have to contact us before approaching a regulator.

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will communicate material changes to affected individuals and seek new consent where required. The date above shows the latest revision.
