Terms of Use

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Holy Shift Membership is offered by All In Alignment with Anita Adrain and Cheryl Viczko ("we", "us" and "our"). These terms apply to www.holyshiftmoment.com, our Zenler membership portal, and the membership content and community we provide.

Please review these terms before joining. When registering or purchasing, you will be asked to accept these terms and the payment and cancellation conditions presented at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

1. Purpose of the membership

Holy Shift offers educational content, Feng Shui guidance, reflection, practical T.I.P.™ (Twenty Is Plenty) actions, guest conversations and community connection. Content encourages awareness and personal choice. Participation and sharing are voluntary.

Our content is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice and does not replace individualized support from a qualified professional. We do not diagnose or treat conditions or guarantee particular health, relationship, financial or other outcomes.

2. Your account and access

Provide accurate registration details, keep your login information secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership access is for the registered member. Please do not share your login or provide others with access to member-only content.

Access begins and ends according to the plan and cancellation conditions disclosed when you purchase. Membership does not include lifetime access unless expressly stated in your offer.

3. Payments and renewal

Your price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency and any minimum commitment will be disclosed before purchase. If you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount shown at checkout until cancelled in accordance with the disclosed conditions.

We will notify affected members in advance of changes to recurring prices, explain when the change takes effect, and provide an opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged. We will obtain any additional consent required by law.

If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve it and temporarily suspend paid access while it remains unpaid. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The Cancellation Policy presented before purchase explains how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, when access ends, and whether any refund is available. Those conditions form part of your membership agreement.

For cancellation assistance, email hello@allinalignment.com using the email address associated with your membership. Any online cancellation option provided in your account may also be used. Unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your paid subscription.

Nothing in these terms or our Cancellation Policy removes cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.

5. Personal use of our materials

Our original videos, recordings, guides, journals, graphics and other materials belong to All In Alignment. Guest and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

You may view content available through your membership and download or print materials expressly offered for that purpose for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep authorized downloads for personal use after your membership ends, unless different conditions were clearly stated when supplied.

Without written permission, you may not sell, publish, distribute, publicly display or use our materials to deliver your own paid courses or workshops. Do not upload member-only materials to shared websites or remove copyright notices. These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

6. Community participation

Help us maintain a respectful space. Do not harass others, post discriminatory or abusive content, promote unrelated products without permission, or share content you do not have the right to use.

Do not copy, record, screenshot or share another member's personal story, image, messages or identifying details outside the community without their permission. Although we ask everyone to respect privacy, we cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

You retain ownership of your contributions. By posting in the community, you permit us to display that contribution to its intended audience and process it as needed to operate and moderate the service. We will seek separate permission before using your personal story, image or testimonial in public marketing.

7. Live sessions and recordings

Some sessions are recorded for member replays. We will identify recorded sessions and explain the intended audience before recording. If you contribute during a recorded session, your name, voice, image or messages may appear in the replay.

If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off, avoid recorded contributions, or contact us before the session to discuss participation options. We will obtain consent where required. Members may not independently record sessions or other participants without permission.

8. Changes and service availability

Topics, guest presenters and session dates may change. We will communicate material changes to affected members. Changes do not remove our obligation to provide the service purchased or any remedies available by law.

Access depends on internet connectivity and services such as Zenler. Interruptions may occur. If a significant interruption affects your paid access, contact us so we can address it.

9. Moderation and suspension

We may remove content or restrict access to address a breach of these terms, unauthorized sharing, non-payment or a security concern. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be needed to protect members or the service.

Any termination and treatment of prepaid fees will be handled consistently with the circumstances, your purchase conditions and applicable law. Suspension does not automatically eliminate refund rights.

10. External services and links

Links and guest resources may lead to services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A guest's views are their own, and inclusion of a resource does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability for you. Any paid affiliate relationship will be disclosed alongside the relevant recommendation.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

You decide how to apply the educational content to your circumstances. Use appropriate care when undertaking practical activities and seek qualified support when needed.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required by law.

13. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. We will notify affected members of material changes in advance, explain the effective date and obtain consent where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising consumer rights or bringing a claim in a forum available to you by law.
